Event calendar

Because I often speak at events or cover them as a blogger, I'd like to offer my audience an events calendar where they can see all of my upcoming appearances. Some additional ideas for the calendar:

  • RSVP / "I'm going" feature where community members can signal to the community that they will be there. They would also receive a reminder email a couple hours before the event
  • Integration with online shop to sell tickets to any events I organize myself
  • Event comments to build up the anticipation together
